It's always nice to be pampered a bit and Tran washed my hair, cut, and most importantly, listened to me when I wanted to explain about my hair and what I was hoping for her to do. I was greeted when I arrived and told hat I would be attended to shortly. Within a few minutes, Caroline called me to her chair. She listened carefully to my request and then got to work.
