My 4-star is for the hairdresser only, since she did a great job. The place itself (service and general help) is typically a 1 or 2 star. This store is very hit or miss and depends entirely on the hairdresser you get. The manager is absolutely awful in personality, so stay far from her, but otherwise roll the dice and hope you get someone with talent. I got Mina (I'm about 20 years younger than her and thought for sure she wouldn't know current styles) and yet she was excellent. Honestly, she did the best job I've had in probably the past 10 years. I feel amazing, thanks to her cut. She was great and so nice. Fyi, tiny (free) parking lot and I always see... read full review
