My Sterling Experience with South Lake Nail Salon, on Lake in Pasadena, is TOP's, Always! In 31 Years of Appointment's Twice a Month for Pedicures, Manicures, Nail Fills, -whether it be Silk Wraps or Acrylics Color Polish or Various Clears and Tinted Transparent's, the work has all been Tops*, While Looking Very Natural and Highly Refined ! Tram, Nicki, and Michelle are all Remarkable in their Profession! In my experience, they Stand Heads Above any other of the other highly rated nail salons I have experienced *Prior to them. When they were on Vacations, a few times- I had to make other provisions temporarily Yet always returned , to South Lake Nails as they are Peerless! In My Opinion -Tops!! Their Shop is impeccable and Pristine Clean. They are patient and their work is consistent with my mild obsession for Hygiene and cleanliness! They are all very Honest with a High degree of Integrity, very honest and forthcoming, they will tell you The Truth and do what is in The Clients best Interest. Their Clientele is apparently Well educated, established, with seemingly High Standards; good people and down to earth. The energy in the Room is always Peaceful Pleasant , full of Harmony and Uplifting! An Oasis in Every Way!! I recommend them to Colleagues and Friends. Went here for the first time today. I was happy with my pedicure. Eyebrow wax was good. The only issue I had was that i was quoted a certain price over the phone for the services. Then, halfway through the pedicure, they told me they went up on their prices. In my opinion, a good integral company would honor the prices that were given over the phone. They said they've been around for 20 years plus. Being where they are, i hope they aren't doing this to every customer, hoping they'd just go along with overpaying. Based on principle and the fact that there are a ton of other nail spas in town, I will not be returning.

Nikki is hands down the best at acrylics! If you aren't happy, she wants you to tell her more of less of what you need. She's always on time with her appts and the good convo is a plus!
