Very dissatisfied. My accountant had left, they never informed us! Their communication was horrible, I could have gone to H&R Block and received better service. I went to them for quality tax prep and did not receive it.

Eugene Takenaga purchased and item I sold, was refunded payment, and REFUSES to return the item. This is THEFT. I have attempted to contact him multiple times to resolve the issue and have now submitted a police report to the Pasadena Police Dept. as he will not respond, and refuses to return what is rightfully mine.
