Sierra Madre Animal Hospital is a highly recommended veterinary hospital that provides excellent care to pets. The staff and doctors are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming environment for pet owners. They offer professional and friendly service, taking good care of pets and providing truthful and transparent treatment. The hospital is a great local option for pet care, and their great customer service is an added bonus.
I brought a friends dog in while they were out of town. The hospital is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and polite. The veterinarian was kind and straight forward. The dog was a bit scared and the staff took great care of her.
The reason I gave four stars out of five, is that the interior is lacking some of the more modern amenities and features that animal hospitals I've visited else where have and offer.
I brought my Frenchie here for his exam and last set of vaccines. He was treated with so much love. Elena and Paola in the front desk are wonderful! Elena was thorough on what my pup needed and passed along all my questions to the vet before speaking with him. I will be bringing him here for his care.
We recently moved to the area, and needed a veterinarian hospital for our pets. From the first visit we were treated very well. The staff and Drs are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We gladly recommend Sierra Madre Animal hospital to all pet owners
