Sam is awesome at computers! He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable when speaking to him about my issue with my pc. Once I sent him the information of the type of pc that I had, he knew instantly what part needed to be ordered. He came by my place and spent a good amount of time fixing and troubleshooting other problems that came up until everything was working smoothly. I highly recommend him!

I called Sam’s right after coming out of the Apple Store and being quoted $450 for a display replacement. Sam did the job for almost half the price and was super professional, kind and communicative throughout the whole process. Everything was straightforward and I got my laptop back in no time.

I had a few problems with streaking and wifi connectivity on my HP LaserJet colorMFP M375nw printer, and Sam was able to advise me over the phone about what to do in both cases. He genuinely cares, and took the time to explain solutions which will help fix each problem. Amazing person, he deserves our business !
