Rose City Construction just remodeled my kitchen which included the laundry room and back bedroom. I am so happy! The owner, Nick, is a consummate professional. My home was built in 1924, so it was important to me to work with a contractor with experience in working in older homes. From day one, Nick understood how important it was for me that the remodel match the character and architecture style of my home. He did not disappoint. In fact, Nick and his team exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for an experienced contractor, I highly recommend Rose City Construction. Nick is an excellent communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. Now that we're done, I'm thinking about my next project. I appreciate how thorough he is. In addition to the big picture, Nick is excellent at addressing little intricate details.

Nick was awesome to work with. He and his crew were very punctual and tidy. Every day they cleaned up and kept things neat and orderly. Best of all Nick was super at communicating - he always told me when they would arrive and kept me up to speed on what the next steps would be. He was very hands on and extremely detailed oriented. The workmanship is really great and the price was affordable. He helped me think through different options and was very solution oriented. In interviewed 3 GCs before choosing Rose City and I'm 100% satisfied. I liked them so much I even referred them to my own mom!

I worked with Nick on a bathroom remodel 5 years ago and had such a great experience that we contacted him again for a kitchen remodel. He does high quality work, knows his stuff, and always communicated with me frequently with updates. We didn't end up doing the kitchen remodel after all (decided to move instead), but when projects come up for our next house, I'm definitely calling him again.
