Enjoyed working with Cory here on the purchase of our York sofa. He was patient and accommodating as we worked through design, layout, and fabric selection. He could not have been more helpful. Wish we lived closer!

I've such a good impression of Room & Board based on our sofa purchase. There were delays, yes, but the communication is better than other stores we purchased furniture from. Sofa is excellent, and delivery was excellent.

I was helping my BFF moving into the neighborhood this past weekend...we've came to visit this show room in Old Pasadena for nice accent furniture pieces. GWEN helped us answered all our questions & she was very personable and patient with all our questions about customized fabrics to area rugs . It was such a great experience shopping here with my BFF today and learned so much about different qualities of hand made imported rugs as well . Great customer service, awesome prices, not pushy at all ! Highly recommended!
