This is my second time doing a live scan at this location and service was fast and efficient. I always call in to schedule an appointment (that's required now due to Covid). Usually getting and appointment in a particular time frame is easy in my experience. The cost was under $20, so affordable. The only complaint I have is Parking is tough. They have a tiny shared parking lot so residential parking is usually what you need to do. Residential area near there is pretty congested and the street near it (I think Marengo) is a one way. This place is great! I called ahead and Jose was very professional on the phone and set me up for a same day appointment. I had several documents to notarize as well as fingerprinting cards to fill. Jose filled out all the documents quickly and accurately. He was very meticulous. I was also confused about some of the documents but Jose was very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction. He was very courteous and kind.

Who knew getting fingerprinted was so much fun? Eric is incredibly gracious and kind-hearted and can help with so many things! Fingerprints? Check. DMV registration? Check. Notary? Check. E-filing? Check. Accordion? Check. Yes, after your done with your business needs, Eric will serenade you with his accordion. PLS is one of those homey places to hang after you get your business handled and just shoot the breeze. Old school. So nice to do business with nice people!
