The atmosphere at this urgent care was welcoming and organized. The facility was clean, and the staff worked seamlessly to provide timely and effective care. Lourdes and Jessica were the epitome of kindness and helpfulness from the moment I entered the facility. Jessica took the extra step to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. Her clear explanations and willingness to address any queries reflected a genuine commitment to my well-being.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this urgent care and I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service I received, particularly from Jessica. She was not only highly professional but also incredibly attentive to my needs. Dr. William Lenaburg is a lifesaver. I have been coming here for roughly three years, even prior to this location becoming an Exer. I am relieved he is still here, because the quality of care he provides is excellent. He is empathetic, a great listener, and has a wide array of knowledge concerning diagnosis/ treatments. The man is clearly a veteran in the industry with great experience. The staff here are friendly, fast, and Mobile check in never takes long. I would never go to another urgent care, This is the best place in Pasadena, And I have always been in and out quickly with the help I need. Thankyou Doctor!!
