I have been going to Carina’s for 3 years now. My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. I love this experience. I am not athletic but Corina has a program that meets the person at their level and carefully tailors exercises and routines to promote progress and engagement.For me it has been an investment on my mental health as well as my physical health.And I love the small groups and the camaraderie in the room.I highly recommend!!

I’ve been with Carina since the 90’s! I’m now in my late 70’s and can’t imagine life without Pro Fitness. Her strength training is what we need as we age! The atmosphere is conducive to working out as well as her knowledge and wonderful ability to” want you to work hard! “ She supports massage as part of your wellbeing and has the most qualified massage therapists available to us!i
