Quick, efficient and friendly. The whole process from signing up for a time slot online to receiving care was simple. Because I was able to do all the paperwork digitally online there was no spending time manually filling out forms while I waited in the lobby. We were seen very quickly and didn’t have to wait long for the provider to show up. Rebecca was thorough, helpful in discussing my son’s care and kind.

This was my first experience with this urgent care for my son. I was able to schedule an appointment online, and fill out forms that really sped up the process. We were greeted by a very nice staff upfront. We were helped right away. We were seen by the Doctor with minimal wait. Our prescription was sent to our pharmacy without any problems. This clinic is inside a shopping center with many parking spaces. I would definitely recommend this clinic for families.

This review is for Dr. Matthew Smith. My daughter had a severe case of bronchiolitis following a viral upper respiratory infection. When we brought her into PM care, she was in severe respiratory distress. As soon as Dr. Smith saw her, I could immediately tell he was extremely concerned. I was blown away by the level of care Dr Smith provided by daughter. He stabilized my daughter with several rounds of nebulizers and a dose of steroids, frequently checking in on her.
