    This review is for Dr. Matthew Smith. My daughter had a severe case of bronchiolitis following a viral upper respiratory infection. When we brought her into PM care, she was in severe respiratory distress. As soon as Dr. Smith saw her, I could immediately tell he was extremely concerned. I was blown away by the level of care Dr Smith provided by daughter. He stabilized my daughter with several rounds of nebulizers and a dose of steroids, frequently checking in on her. As a physician, I can attest to the level of care he provided. This was near emergency department level of care.     I have been to this clinic many times before. Out of all of the times I only had one experience where I had to wait for almost an hour. You would think that would be a dealbreaker, but I can honestly say that the staff and especially the doctors are always so caring and considerate. Today we went in because my two kids were not feeling well, and the doctor was so patient and kind. Even with my own, I feel rushed in like the appointment needs to end quickly. At p.m. pediatrics they really do show the attention and care and check if you have any questions. My kids feel comfortable coming here and that is the most important part.

    Would never go back nor would I recommend. Front desk person was nice and welcoming. The nurse was cold, rude, condescending, and generally unpleasant. She spoke to my 7 year old daughter harshly and it was just odd. Then the doctor came in - she wasn't an MD, I believe she is an NP. She came in and spent less than 3 minutes with us. She spoke very fast, did not explain anything, and I felt rushed. She asked my daughter a couple questions but spent no time smiling or any attempt to get my daughter to engage in answering her questions.
