Really expert. Looked at my rug and knew exactly where I'd gotten it from. Did professional cleaning, rug looked great. Very good value compared to the price quotes I got from other shops.

Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and clearly is extremely passionate about the care, history, and preservation of rugs. Very, very fairly priced and excellent service. A true gem!
