After initially being told that a new water heater was necessary by other similar businesses over the phone, New Image Plumbing was the only business who was able to send out the technicians to look over the issue. Pierre and Matthew arrived to look over the heater. The only issue was a pipe that was connected to the water heater that had a pinhole size leaking the water. My wife and I was so relieved! They immediately went out to get the parts and came back within the hour. They fixed the issue in good time. I hired this company based on a recommendation and I was very pleased with the outcome. Pierre was Very professional and clean. They cover all the inside of the house with plastic except the path to walk and perform the job. Floors were well protected and most of all very quick on finishing the job. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. Pricing was more than reasonable and you get your bang for your buck. I did all the water lines and gas lines in the house.
Needed a quick fix for a clogged drain and Pierre from New Image Plumbing was able to come over and fix the problem right away! Pierre gave me good advice on how to prevent future clogs, and was super professional the entire visit. I'll definitely call them again when I'm ready to replace my water heater in the next few months!
