The staff is wonderful, and Drs. Gorsky and Amini have been wonderful. Dr. Lam seems to have done a good job on my puppy's neutering this past Monday, but there was a serious breakdown in communication when my puppy began to show some distress after 48 hours. It took a while to get it addressed which was pretty disturbing, but Erica Wise, the administrator (I think) contacted me and assured me that the issues involved are being addressed and that the welfare of my animal is getting the attention that is appropriate. I will be continuing my puppy's care with Modern Animal.

Modern Animal Pasadena and the Team here are great! Took our 8 yr old dog here for a wellness first time visit and her annual vaccines. Impressed by the cleanliness of the space, and especially how their nurse technician Tiffany and Dr. Carina Cortez loved on our furry family member. Very positive experience all around.
After a bad experience where my dog was unnecessarily muzzled and held down just for routine vaccines last year (at Glendale Small Animal), I vowed never to return and decided to find a new Vet team.

Dr Goorsky was very gentle and patient in the way she handled our dog. After examination, she was able to answer all our questions and came up with a detailed plan to take care of our dog’s skin issues.
The app is very helpful to have an expert always available to answer any questions or make appointments. Also the comments section on the app to summarize the appointment and discussions is very helpful as well. We highly recommend Modern Animal.
