A lot of things have changed here to the negative! To the negative in a way that the staff members seem to celebrate their unfriendliness, the customer is perceived as an annoyance rather than as a king. Particularly unfriendly are the individuals at the check-in which is now even mandated if you only want to browse the various glass models. The cashier folks come second in unfriendliness - just lacking even the lowest level of touchiness. But also in the optometry department, it seems not to be standard anymore to introduce oneself by name ... I would strongly recommend to reconsider the business philosophy a bit. I chose to have my glasses done elsewhere.

My family and I have been going to Linden since 1992. I actually met Dr. Linden. The service and the attention to detail is the best. I have contacts, multiple works, must have spent over $20k since 2992. The best place for your eye are. Friendly Drs. Great staffs, so many selections. And the great calendars every year. Today, 10/3024, of Dr. Linden see's what's going on at his dream, he'd flipped in his grave. Gone are the curtesy, warms, and the attention to details. The eyes care Dr. are good( tho a little old and "too talkative)". But what I can't figure out why they can't pronounce my name correctly... Anyhow, I was told my glasses... read full review

Just got off the phone with the contact lens department, while my original technician Claudia was with another patient, Donna began to handle my case. Both technicians are very knowledgeable with regard to comfort and pricing of all contacts. I 100% recommended you work with either Claudia or Donna when visiting Linden Optometry for contact lenses!
