Every time I visit the office and my follow up appointments I get treated like royalty specially with Dr. Limfat, he is the best and takes very good care of my eyes as he is treating my glaucoma. He is very throughout and never rushes. He makes sure I am doing my part with my medication and I get all vision test often to keep track of any changes or eye pressure. We have been coming to this office for many years, we seen changes, but we always get great customer service. The ladies who assist me during the selection of frames to the front office personnel. Thank you keep doing what you are doing and treating your customers with great respect.

I bought two pairs of glasses here. My boyfriend bought one. They have a large selection so I will give them that. But they have an obnoxious security guard that follows you around and acts like you're going to steal something. It's extremely uncomfortable and honestly offensive. On one pair of my glasses, they got the prescription completely wrong. The other pair, the protective film started coming up on them and it looks like my glasses are dirty constantly.

It took linden almost 4 weeks to get my prescription glasses ready. Once ready for pickup, i had to wait 40 minutes for them to hand me my glasses. Lots of negative reviews about delays and wait times - won't be coming back. Don't come here if you value your time.
