Dr. Ma is the type of MD who prioritizes her patients, listens to all of their needs and questions, and provides clear and thorough responses. You feel heard, satisfied, and confident walking out of the office that you’re in good hands and can trust the treatment plan in place.
I’ve had a great experience here since starting my skin care journey. Dr. Wang is amazing, I’ve seen him a couple of times at the downtown location; scheduled with him in Pasadena after finding out he’s at that location on Wednesdays. My hormonal acne has been under control for the first time in years.
Just started getting into facials with Alma in Pasadena. So far I’ve done an express (half hour) and a 1 hour session and already my skin texture and appearance of my skin has improved so much. It's been a pleasure dealing with Metropolis. I went there to try to address a rash that had been greatly bothering me. I was treated by Dr. Janice Ma, who used various blood tests and a small biopsy to diagnosis the problem, then applied a combination of different treatments in order to be sure to completely and permanently eliminate the rash. I have now been rash-free for months. Dr. Ma was uniformly patient, gentle and professional in all our interactions.
