When it came time to sell my home in Glendale, Norma came highly recommended to me by a trusted real estate professional. From the beginning, she was extremely responsive, organized, and always considerate of my best interests. I was very impressed with Norma's knowledge of the local market and the polished and thorough marketing job her team did for me. Although I was a relatively "small fish" in a pricey real estate market, I got absolutely first class service from the Mardelli team, and was very happy with the resulting deal.
We recently bought a house in Burbank with the help of Norma and her team. Norma was referred to us from another friend who had bought a house recently in the area. Norma was wonderful and patient as we were "between" homes so a little rushed for time. She was responsive to our requests and if she couldn't help, Alene jumped in to fill her shoes. It was a great experience and I'm happy to now consider Norma a friend, not just a real estate agent!
