It was around 10:30pm and I called a few 24hr. service electricians and they both said they'll only service unless its an emergency. Well, that defeats the purpose of being a 24hr service. So I find KTB and spoke with Tony. Right away I already had good vibes when explaining my situation. He was at the house within 20 mins, got all his equipment out his truck and got the job done. When i was trying to change the light bulb the brackets loosened and just dangled. It's above the bed so I didn't want to take the chance. Some people provide service doing the bare minimum with no follow-up, but Tony at KTB Electric is very conscientious and goes above and beyond the call of service to meet his customers's satisfaction. I would highly recommend Tony's electrical services for any customer looking for a personal and professional approach to getting their jobs done!
