Janette was recommended by a friend who had heard good things about her. I found myself probating the estate of a relative and needed help selling a condominium that was in very poor shape. Janette did not shy away and very clearly outlined the different options I had of getting it ready for sale. She knew the market well. Living out of state, I needed significant help and she stepped up. She helped move items for sale and for donation and hired a cleaning crew to come in and do miracles.
