Extremely pleased with the dry cleaning and tailoring! Excellent customer service. I believe it's the owner I talk with and he is a nice, funny and all around great guy! Treats my mom 93 year old Mom with great respect and kindness ❤️ same goes for the way he treats myself & my teenage son! Good people! Great business!

I spilled a gel on a very expensive dress I had just purchased, my impulse was to put water on it to "dilute it", but the only thing I accomplished was to spread the stain throughout the dress. I was sure it was permanently damaged. I brought it to Jack's Cleaners as the last resource; the owner was very nice and completely honest with me explaining that he could not predict the outcome, but at last he delivered a dress in perfect condition. I got my dress back and Jack got a new client!
