Wow. A plumber that will give you advice and recommendations over the phone! I'm not saying you should call this guy for tech service but after explaining my dilemma with the new under sink hot water dispenser, he gave me some advice and helped me out in the middle of working at a site. Who does that?! These guys do. Once I order the right thing and receive it, these guys are getting the call for the install.

Darrow is the best. I have a leaking shower faucet. Called Darrow yesterday. He responded my call right way, texted me before came to my house give me a heads up. He came and gave my husband some critical advice, told us where to get the parts, charged us a minimum call service fee. My husband bought the parts and fixed the leaking follow Darrow's advice. I have to contact him in between, again Darrow responded right way. I can't thank home enough. He truly deserves a five stars.

I contacted Hick's Plumbing because of a water leak underneath my kitchen sink. He was at my residence in under 10 minutes and had the problem corrected in about 15 minutes. The service was outstanding. I can't recommend highly enough! Thank you for a great experience!
