Her professionalism, skill, knowledge, thoughtfulness, and care for her clients (and the beautiful environment she is welcomes us all into) has been consistent for the 7 years I've been getting sugared. Plus sugaring is waaaay better for you and more effective than waxing- the hair barely grows back in the places I used to be focused on sugaring , so now I'm sugaring my legs which look so exfoliated after (helping old scars heal quickly too). Olga is magic. And a hilarious, extremely intelligent conversationist too. But if you just want to zen out and listen to relaxing music she happily provides that option too. simply the best“

Everyone from the receptionists, to the owner, to the nurse who does my laser (Bianey) are SUPER nice and friendly. I would rate them a 15 for customer service on a 1-10 scale! They have always been very passionate about what they do, and it shows. This is the only place I would trust for any skin procedure. The laser treatments I have received here are always a comfortable and pain free experience. I cannot say enough good things about this place!“

“My first visit, I was very nervous what to expect. You just go right into Ulta where the benefit counter is, and let them know you have an appointment. The techs there are highly knowledgeable about all things brows; the person I went to trained on facial mapping and was telling me all about it during the appointment. I appreciate that level of expertise in brows; mine are thick but highly arched, and I don't want them waxed within an inch of their life, nor do I want a shape that doesn't fit my face or natural growth area. I thought it was reasonably priced, and was happy with my result enough that I went back regularly.“

“One of the few places in Pasadena where I've left feeling satisfied with how my eyebrows look. The place is small and located in the corner of an equally small shopping area. There's plenty of parking, but it might be crowded due to nearby businesses (e.g., Food 4 Less). The inside is usually clean. For the few times I've been there, only one lady (Sally) has been there working. So depending on the time and day, you may be waiting more than what you expect. However, Sally is pretty efficient without sacrificing quality in her work. She pays attention to the details and usually follows through with what I ask of her. She takes her time and kept making sure that my eyebrows were balanced and the same shape. This took approximately 15min for my threading (eyebrow was $12 and upper lip was $6). It would be nice to have package/combo deals but I think they compensate for a stamp card system (if you go 9 times you get your last threading service for free). Convenient for those living in the area. Get your eyebrows done while you're out running errands.“

“Before my appointment, I was getting a lot of feedback from people that have done laser hair removal, and the majority of them told me that it was extremely painful and they recommended that I take Advil or some type of pain medication to ease the pain. The morning of my appointment I didn't take any pain medication, so I was very nervous for the procedure. Once I felt the laser machine hit my body for the first time I didn't feel a thing if anything It felt like cold air hitting my skin. My experience went very smoothly and I felt no discomfort at all. The front desk receptionist was very nice, she made me feel excited about my appointment and eased my nervousness. She asked me if it was my first time and when I told her that it was, she seemed very excited for me to start the process.“
