Terrible Experience with Tailoring and Dry Cleaning

I brought my suit here to get tailored and dry cleaned, but they didn’t do anything. After paying $185 for tailoring, nothing was altered, and I had to take it to another place and pay the same amount again to get it done properly. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and lack of communication. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable tailoring or dry cleaning

The best customer service in town! My clothes were returned in perfect condition and I have had several alterations done by Nune and they are always amazing! Looks like nothing has been done. Thank you!

I made an appointment with their tailor online only to show up today and be told that she wasn't at that location.The woman behind the counter kept saying she called and "spoke to someone" yesterday about the location change and that "they" were fine with it.(!) I told her the number she has is my cell, no one but me has access to it, and I did not receive any calls from her.Rather than apologize, or admit that she may have called a different client, she just kept repeating she'd called and that if I wanted to get the alterations done I'd have to go across town!I'd already taken time off from work so I could get the clothes done before the holidays, there's no way I could...read full review
