I was a little hesitant… because I had just had a baby but I thought it was time to get into my Brazilians again. I was so nervous but Desiray is such a pro and makes you feel really confident and comfortable. She’s professional yet friendly, and definitely knows what she’s doing. Literally all you want in a pro tech. Literally was the best wax of my life !
Monica at the Pasadena location on Lake Ave is awesome! A great listener and personable and she's faster than lightening at striping away all your unwanted hair. She'll get you in and out on the town quickly so you can go about your day and she super accommodating with your appointments. I highly recommend her!
I have come here many times before. The staff is great. I see a different person each time. I had Alexis yesterday, I thought she did a wonderful job. I barely felt anything when she did the wax. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend, not someone who is doing my wax. Alexis was personable, friendly, and I felt relaxed. I would definitely go back to see her. The Halloween decorations for tbe office was super cute.
