I joined this gym with no intention of working with a personal trainer, and now I’m writing this review to rave about one. Anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, yet challenging fitness instructor should sign up with Michael Gilliam. I joined a month ago and by far best gym I’ve belonged to. I really enjoy the personal training and started working with Michael Giliam - he is patient and a very good teacher. I appreciate that he starts where I am and develops goals appropriate for my level and age. He also explains a lot of physiology of muscles which helps me visualize and work on quality of the movement. I’ve also done yoga with Sarah who was fantastic and a complimentary personal pilates session with Katalina, she was fantastic and knowledgeable- each person gives terrific one on one training with a personal approach!Really great experience and a wonderful gym with amazing staff.

It is a beautiful gym with excellent staff and trainers. The gym is clean, and there's typically zero waiting time for machines. My only hope is that the validation be extended to 2 1/2 hours to accommodate locker time and exiting the gym. Keep up the great work Equinox! In Good Health!
