I saw rat droppings earlier today and was about to pass out at the thought of sharing the same roof with said rats. I contacted MULTIPLE pest control companies, and Haven from Dewey was the only one that responded to me the same day. He was kind enough to stop by right away. He was so kind, helpful and offered me a lot of reassurance. He did an inspection and confirmed that there was no infestation. He did this all for free and advised me to contact him if I saw any droppings again.
Haven was literally a life saver, he is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him enough!

The process to get started was so easy. I had an appointment within a couple of days. Lacy and Jeff were awesome and super helpful. Jeff explained what to expect and eased my concerns regarding how the rain might impact the efficacy of the treatment. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

I was very impressed with Louie's knowledge of my "pest" problem . He figured it out almost immediately, showed me where it was and what had to be done. He also pointed out other places to be wary of. In addition, he was courteous, friendly and on time. Highly recommend!
