I met Marvin the owner early last summer when I made a moderate purchase including installation. My installation proved to be a challenge as there was a 'forgotten' pool supply line deep underneath where the shrubs were to be planted. Marvin's installer inadvertently cracked this line in multiple places. I did not discover the last crack until six months after the installation. However, each time Marvin willingly arranged for his installer to come back and repair. I thought that when I contacted Marvin after six months to come back once again, I might get a little pushback. Crown Valley is a great local(to me) nursery. They have lots of native plants and anything else you'd maybe want for to improve your backyard space. They also host a monthly workshop by another local composting company named 301 Organics. Even if you're not into composting at your personal space, they have compost tea for sale. This compost tea works wonders for your plants, and your soil too. Crown Valley Nursery is a great addition to Pasadena! Ask for Marvin, he was there the times I've stopped by.

Purchased a couple of trees from here recently. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The trees have since been transplanted in our yard for a little over a month and are very happy and thriving.
