If it wasn't for their friendly staff and efficient service, I would've given Esteem Cleaners a 2 or 3 out of 5 star rating. Reason for the 4 out of 5: They were able to get rid of the stain caused by one of the seats from OO-KOOK KBBQ on Rosemead, and they were also able to freshen up two fitted baseball caps. The only thing I'm just kinda upset about are the wrinkles that both my hats got from the cleaning process. As you can see in the pictures, you'll know what I'm talking about.
