If you're looking for a local psychiatrist, move on - their 144 N Lake Ave Ste 800 Pasadena address is a "virtual office" they presumably use to have their doctors show up as local options through your insurance though they only do telehealth (it's listed as their "Pasadena clinic" on their website which is just straight-up lying! Initially, I had informed the intake coordinator or front desk that I did not want to fill out paperwork or set an appointment until the insurance was verified. I ended up getting a call letting me know they were a covered provider and decided to move forward with setting up an appointment and completing the paperwork. I’m disappointed with the lack of due diligence to verify insurance adequately so that I didn’t have to wait a month to be told that the Telehealth appointment is not covered with the insurance for my daughter’s mental health care. It’s unprofessional business practices.
