Upon arriving we were greeted by a very friendly team of front desk staff that helped to check us in and gave us a tour of the facility. We were able to use the sauna and facilities before our services which were all very clean and well stocked. I had a deep tissue massage with Brian and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. He was able to get out all the knots that I had in my back and knew how to apply just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling refreshed and like new. I highly recommend the Chuan Spa to anyone staying at the Langham or nearby for a great spa day experience.

It's a wonderful spa experience if you can afford it. The facilities are spotless and comfortable. I used the sauna and the hot tub before having my massage. Staff very nice and helpful. It was an indulging and relaxing experience.
