“*Update, August 12th* I usually take my car to get cleaned and washed every Monday, it gives me the sense of starting the week clean and fresh. I called Showroom Auto Detail and the call was answered by Oscar, the same Oscar who had pleasantly assisted me on my first visit. I reintroduced myself and asked if he had time to take me last minute for a car wash. Thankfully he said yes and to come by. Granted, I live in Glendale and they are located in Pasadena, but after the great first experience that I had, I was happy to make the trip. I arrived and was greeted by my buddy Oscar again. We exchanged pleasantries and the team took my car in and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Oscar and his team make the process so painless and they are truly masters of their craft. Service: STEK PPF on the entire front end, Mirrors, Roof & B Pillar, including an aftermarket hood and front lip. 2 Stage paint correction + Gtechniq ceramic. The application of the PPF looks flawless and the car feels like glass now after ceramic. It's never looked so good.

Customer service: Top Notch A++. Teddy was in constant communication and even coordinated a tow truck to get my car there since i didn't want to drive it an hour away with my newly painted panels. They went above and beyond. They made sure they took care of my car and made sure to overdeliver. Something you rarely get these days. Couldn't be happier.
