Add this company to the long list of homeowners insurance companies that are not renewing policies for homeowners in California. The state of California needs to pass a law that prevents companies like this from doing ANY kind of business within the state. There are plenty of other companies that deserve our money and loyalty.

Saddens me to know a reputable broker allows such a snake to hang their license in. Kelly Giurbino is the absolute worst RE agent. She is a liar. No ethics, values nor integrity. Couldn't sell our listing , (surprise!), now refuses to cancel the contract. The home is not for sale... even if it were, not by you. No thanks. Not ever. Do not risk such a sensitive transaction with someone that lacks the clients best interest It's just wrong on every level.

Diana Oki began discriminating against my sexual orientation (illegal in the state of California) almost immediately. "For you and your GIRLFRIEND? What do you mean for you and your GIRLFRIEND? It's a one bedroom!" She then proceeded to ask me even more personal questions (which are illegal to ask prospective applicants) before she would even let us look at the place. Whoever is using this realtor to try to rent their property should know she asks illegal discriminatory questions to people who just call to inquire before even letting us look at the place. It was the first phone call, questions should not come until the application and even then you can not ask about sexual orientation or other certain personal questions. Not to mention the way she spoke to us about our sexual orientation was just plain rude and offensive. Fire her before someone hires a lawyer.
