My first visit, I was very nervous what to expect. You just go right into Ulta where the benefit counter is, and let them know you have an appointment. The techs there are highly knowledgeable about all things brows; the person I went to trained on facial mapping and was telling me all about it during the appointment. I appreciate that level of expertise in brows; mine are thick but highly arched, and I don't want them waxed within an inch of their life, nor do I want a shape that doesn't fit my face or natural growth area. I thought it was reasonably priced, and was happy with my result enough that I went back regularly.
Lindsey and Katherine do an amazing job on my eyebrows. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and they always take the time to understand exactly what I want. I appreciate how they carefully shape and groom my eyebrows, enhancing my natural features. Thank you!
Katherine is new to the BrowBar but a highly experienced Esthetician! I have VERYYY sensitive skin but she did an incredible job and I had way less redness than I normally do! She did such great and detailed job my brows today! Thank you so much Katherine!!
