I scheduled a consultation for JoAnn, my mother-in-law, with Matt in hopes of purchasing a full-coverage wig. Matt greeted us warmly. When Joann realized why she was there , she became very resistant. Matt was very kind and patient, finally convincing her to allow him to show her how to wear one. He selected a cute bob style that was very flattering. She tried on two wigs that looked good, but told us that she needed time to consider everything. Matt said he understood her concerns and hoped she would return. We thanked Matt for his time and expertise. We were disappointed Joann didn't let us buy one, but we hope she will change her mind soon. I highly recommend Haute Tress for your hair replacement needs. Matt is very nice person and patience. It's highly recommended this store if you look for a wig. The wig's quality is good and have different variety that you can choose. I am so happy I can get the wigs I like from there.

Owner was very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained out to put on and take off wigs so you don't damage the wig. Made us feel comfortable and open about our like was don't likes were. Did not feel rushed.
