    I go there specifically for muay thai (but they have other stuff) - the place is clean and also have weights so its 2-in-1 bonus.I love they focus on techniques, not just cardio, people are very nice, and love can do sparring.

    Great gym and I love the community they have. Family friendly and the owner definitely makes you feel comfortable here. They offer a great variety of classes, trainers. The trainers themselves are top-notch and know what they are doing. All of them are competitive fighters that either pro-level or near pro-level. I highly recommend this gym. ?

    The guys here are this gym as some of the most kind and respectful people ever. I have been to other places where I feel ogled as one of the few femmes in a workout gym but people here are focused and ready to train to fight. It's so nice because the owners really make this space a family friendly one that is safe and inviting to newcomers. All the fighters and coaches are locals and being a part of this gym makes me feel a part of a community. Everyone's super laid back and enjoying themselves as they chat or hang out as others are sparring.
