From start to finish the experience was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Perhaps more importantly they were darling with my 5 year old Labradoodle who was pretty anxious.Dr. Cole was all I would want in a cardiologist for my furry friend. He did an ultrasound after two other vets had heard a slight heart murmur. Once the exam and test was complete He drew the heart and pointed out what can cause a murmur but explained that there was no structural cause for concern in Lacey's case. I loved that he was thorough, spent plenty of time with us, and welcomed questions. The visit was expensive (fortunately, we have insurance) I left feeling it...read full review

The hospital is clean, staff know their responsibilities. Even though you are worried about your pet you are in the right place! I worked in acute care for 40 years, this is where you want your family member taken care of, put access on speed dial!

A lot of reviews for Access talk about how expensive their service is. Well let me tell you, I've had pretty bad experiences with emergency vets in the past. It is always expensive as hell, but I had choice but to go to one this time. Access showed me that they have integrityWe were given their highest estimate for treatment and told we need to pay this up front as a deposit for treatment, but that if anything on the quote isn't necessary we will be refunded. I was fully expecting to be out the full amount, but I wanted my puppy to live so we gave them the depositAfter he was treated overnight and we picked him up they ended up refunding almost half of the total deposit....read full review
