We had a terrible experience just in the process of getting a quote. Multi-City Exterminators must be a very lucrative business because they are great at driving customers away. After having a follow-up conversation with Jeff on the phone, he proceeded to start yelling and saying how pissed he was that we even bothered to ask for some sort of update or communication from him. Apparently asking for his follow through after 4 days is too much. Take your business elsewhere.

I'm not one to leave many reviews but my experience with this company was horrendous. So horrible that I've already reported them to structural pest control board. I am writing here to help others avoid the deception and headaches I encountered. Please use a different company! In October 2023, I reached out to Jeff Williams from Multi- City Exterminators for Termite treatment of my newly bought condo. I had received in the escrow inspection report that there was "what appear to be dead termites under the kitchen sink". Prior to meeting with Jeff, I had the company Terminex also do an inspection on 9/28/23. They offered to do Heat treatment, but I declined as the price was too high. I decided to move forward with Jeff William's recommendation of chemical treatment, which was more economical. On 10/13/2023, Jeff came in for his initial inspection. I was told that he would come back when the walls are open to assess again. On 10/16/2023, Jeff came back to look at the open walls and assess treatment. He met with my mother as I was at work. He told her he would treat all areas that needed treatment throughout the house prior to the walls being closed again. This included all areas in the house, and our understanding was the kitchen was assessed to have termite damaged. As seen on my initial inspection report, the terminex report findings as well as through Jeff's verbal reports to us. He did not provide us with a written report prior to starting treatment. On 10/22/24 he sent out a technician to start treatment. My mother accompanied him to provide access to the unit as well as to monitor the process. She noted he was there for 15 minutes. He did spot treatment in the bathrooms. She asked him to treat the kitchen as that is what we hired him for and he called his company and ended up throwing some chemical powder on the kitchen floors then leaving. We soon after followed up with Jeff, as we found it unusual that he did not treat the kitchen and that the whole process was completed in such a short time frame. We requested him to come double check the work first as we did not feel like a proper job was done. Jeff told us the work was completed and if we saw any termite we could have him come back once in a year. On 11/8/2023 I was emailed a bill for the services provided in which I told them my contractor had seen termites and requested he return for treatment. He did not respond. I also attempted to call Jeff, but never received a return call. Today I received a text message from Jeff asking for payment. I refused as the job was not done. IJeff began to speak to me in an aggressive and derogatory manner at that point so I followed up with management. I spoke to Rocio Murillo, she informed me that according to the completed work document only the bathrooms were meant to be treated. I told her, I was not told that prior to treatment and that I had initially reached out to Jeff because of the kitchen termite. I told her that Jeff had promised me he would treat the whole unit. She again pointed out that the documents only listed the treatment of the bathrooms. However after reviewing the documents, I did find that the inspection tag pointed "was under the kitchen sink". This shows that again, I had asked for the kitchen to be treated and they neglected to do as promised. They were misleading in their services, and neglectful in properly treating the termites in my home. At this point, due to their neglect and lack of proper services, I do not feel as if my home was properly treated. It is unfair to lie to a client about the services you provide and not keep your word. More importantly, this is a safety hazard.

I'm REALLY upset but going to try to leave an objective and factual review. We had our house inspected by Multi-City in February 2020 when we bought it and the inspection seemed thorough and uncovered multiple termite problems. We had some remodeling done then scheduled the tenting/fumigation for April 2021. We were out of town for this but neighbors sent photos of the tents up so we could only assume it was completed properly. Fast forward a few years to April 2023 and I started noticing little things - namely when I was cleaning the floors some of the oak hardwood had small but visible spots of termite damage. We had had the floors refinished before we moved in and I know they patched all the damage at that time so I was worried this was new damage. I contacted Multi-City at this time about preventative maintenance but they didn't follow up. Then I contacted again in August and this time they came out to "inspect". There was very little actual inspection though - he didn't even come inside and barely looked at anything, but said the house was fine. I was still worried so I contacted HomeShield. HomeShield came out quickly and within 60 seconds of entering my house their inspector honed in exactly on an active termite colony - he opened a window and we literally watched a live termite crawl out of my window frame. He found multiple other spots of active colonies - another window, a few spots in the attic, who knows where else. He crawled under the house, took photos, was incredibly thorough. Based on what we discussed it takes YEARS for colonies to mature to the point that we would see what we were seeing all over my house. It made us both feel very skeptical about the fumigation work performed by Multi-City. He asked about our warranty and of course it expired right before I contacted Multi-City. I can only assume they either didn't use enough gas or didn't fumigate for a sufficient amount of time. Either way we now have to tent a SECOND time in under three years, and anyone who has gone through that especially with pets and kids knows what a massive pain in the butt and expense it is. I think Multi-City was negligent both in properly fumigating the first time, and also incredibly irresponsible with the second "inspection" where they didn't even enter the house and barely even looked around despite multiple active, mature colonies present. If they had we wouldn't be having to go through this whole ordeal right smack in the middle of the holiday season.
