This started with a sewer-like smell under the house. Turns out, a rat chewed through a rubber pipe fitting and caused the kitchen sink drain to flood under the house. Velocity did a same-day inspection and we scheduled clean up for two days later. In three hours they cleaned up a swamp under my house, sanitized and dried the area.
