I had an incredible experience with Floor Works! Lily was on top of it with communication and was always kind and friendly. John did an amazing job power washing my house and was also friendly and helpful! He took the time to walk me around the house and tell me what he could and couldn't do and explained why. He even cleaned my walkway in front and my driveway in back! My house looks brand new, like it had just been painted! No up charges, no price adjustments, and no additional fees or costs; the price quoted was the price I paid. Excellent customer service and support. Great company! Don't hesitate to call on them for your job. I highly recommend them!

I used this company and they were fantastic. I needed it done fast due to a fire that rained possible toxins onto our house and they came out and were as easy as can be. John was the tech and super nice and worked hard to went the extra mile. Lily was the sales rep or owner and very easy to work with. Prices were competitive but I wasn't looking for a low ball offer. Just someone good and honest and good value. I would use again on annual basis. My house was nasty. About 3K sq ft and it's was less than $1K for windows and up to the eaves. Pretty reasonable to me. But most importantly they did it right and on time and weren't shady

I absolutely had the best experience! John is the man! He went above and beyond to meet my needs, but most importantly my clients needs. I'm a Keller Williams Pacific Estates realtor. We hired them to pressure wash a home/ listing right before we put the home on the market. They saved my client thousands of dollars!! Instead or repainting the entire home. We hired Floor Works to just pressure wash the exterior of the entire home and garage as an alternative. By doing so, they removed years and years of debris that was caked onto the home.
