Excellent customer care, very helpful, and friendly =) I really enjoyed the unique assortment of gift bags they offer, and got a good deal on a Batman piñata which was also well made took a while for it to be completely shattered. All around great experience =)

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! This spot!My mom has been going here for years and now I'm coming here. Cassandra party land never lets me down. They always have what I need and even when I'm can't find something in other stores when I come pick up my order I usually find it here how helpful is that?!Customer service and energy is amazing. Communication is very clear and I never have a problem with any orders. I usually rent chairs and tables and then I will always buy balloons there or bring some to get blown up (they will charge you for helium tho) This local made it through a pandemic and I love supporting a local mom and pop shop. Loved the ladies they are very attentive very nice they are low in stock but they defiantly have plus size costumes the prices are reasonable pricing the same as any retail they allow you to try on the costume. Most of the costumes also come with assecories. Overall a great expórtenle!!
