I called and was greeted by a very sweet lady. She said that Gerardo could actually come that day. Since that didn't work for me, he came the next day. He called and said he would be a little late but gave me a time that he would arrive. A very nice man came to the house ready to go. The clips on the apparatus which holds our drapes were breaking, and the one drape was hanging askew. Gerardo gave me some information on the two types of clips, we decided on one, and he went to work. He didn't like the way the one side was closing (not as smooth), pointed it out, and fixed it for me. He also inspected the other two drapes on the smaller windows without me saying anything. Everything is like new again. He is professional, personable, and very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Highly recommended.

So far, so good! Timely, professional, knowledgable! John came prepared with just the right fabric samples based on a Pottery Barn link I texted him. I am hopeful his bids come in at a price I can afford- I am a designer and looking forward to getting some work done with John & Barbara's company!
