We had Urban Design come our and service our Cummings standby generator on my Mom's house. Butch showed up on time looking Professional and Friendly. Since we had not had a generator before, Butch to the time to instruct us on how it works, how it does everything automatically when the power goes out and he even programmed the exercise mode for us. When I went out after he was done, the area around the unit was spotless! Great experience all the way around. Thanks Butch for a job well done! Thanks Urban Design for friendly staff and knowledgeable Technicians! Will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Performed requested service of installing the gas shut off valve for my dryer and installed the dryer for the price quoted. Brian was quick and a very easy person to deal with. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
