I called for a second opinion on a property in Escrow - while they could not service my area, Eric talked me through who to use and even gave some recommendations on what to look for. After the Camp Fire I expected to be in for a huge wait for a septic inspection. Not so! He got out there within a few days and found a leak but had options for me and very reasonable prices. If I do rebuild I can gaurantee I will go with Hegenbart for professionalism, courtesy and fairness.
