Roger, from Del Johnson HVAC came out when I had problems with our evaporative cooler. Roger, after getting on the roof and doing an assessment and an adjustment or two, gave me a list of the MUST DO items and then the list of the ones that should be done but I could put it off for a bit. I chose to do everything and scheduled the job for the next morning. Perfect experience

It was a hot summer day, temps to reach 100-108 and the air conditioner stopped working. With the smoke filled air from our northern Ca. wildfires, we couldn't use the whole house fan for evening relief.
