I've been there twice since I am assigned to this clinic and both times have been a good experience.First time was very general check up. I saw seen immediately. I did the paperwork via tablet. Waited a few minutes then called into a room. I waited another maybe five minutes before I was seen by the doctor. She was very kind and easy to talk to. Got the important aspects of my health and background before I was able to request what I was there for (referral).My most recent visit, the second visit was faster than the first. Dr Nossett is ABSOLUTELY the best physician! She takes as much time as needed to talk and make sure i understood everything. In fact when I changed insurance companies i made sure she was in their list. Dr. Nossett has been my physician for years and have never had the personal responses when I needed her before. During Covid my appts were telephonic and the same care was given. She is magnificent!!! I would refer anyone to her.

Our family have been with Dr. Nossett for over 10 years now and are still very happy with Valley Family Health Center's consistency and high level of customer service. I feel that they care about serving our community and matching all of our family's basic health care needs - Dr. Nossett's referral are always worth the travel and even the bureaucracy the health care systems makes us go thought in an HMO plan.
