Repeat customer here. Had a leak in the ceiling but didn't know the source. The Drain Co sent someone out that afternoon, they determined the cause, and were able to fix it within a few hours. The scheduler I spoke with was very clear about the $95 fee to come check the problem, and assured me it would be applied to any work I had done. They told me the cost before they did any work, so there were no surprises. I was thrilled to get it taken care of so quickly and the two guys they sent out were great.

We needed a new toilet. Easy, right? Not in an old house. George arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and what some problems might be. He went out and got everything he needed, installed the new toilet, and made sure we tested it. He cleaned the area and disposed of the old toilet. The whole thing took less than 3 hours.
