I saw the good reviews here on Yelp, and hired this company to work on a commercial roof in Sun Valley, CA. All phases went smoothly, including the estimate, insurance verification, job scheduling and performance.Javier and his crew were on time, worked hard, and finished the job ahead of schedule.It helped that we had a very specific scope of work. Javier was happy to answer my questions, and clearly explained his choices.I would certainly call Roofing Systems Inc. again for future roof projects, large or small.

When it comes to roof leaking, let the pros do their job. I am thrilled by the service provided by Javier Loya. The drippings from one of my bathroom ventilation openings was getting worse recently and finally, I went to my attic and noticed some pretty bad leaks from roof. Javier and his helper came last Saturday in the time frame as promised, he also checked my attic and did some measurements inside and outside. Then Javier removed some tiles and saw a few damaged spots on the original underlayment. He then told me exactly what they would do to fix the leak and gave me a quote right away.
