Just hit my 50th YS class and am looking forward to the next 50. Unpretentious, nonjudgmental vibe, just chill people there to get a great workout without too many bells and whistles. The instructors live and breathe yoga and it shows, the classes are phenomenal. Pricing is super reasonable. Really recommend!

Great yoga place with good instructors.Compared to the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Vinyasa yoga class seems to be bit more focused on power and balance with lots of poses, than flexibility and staying in challenging poses for long. This is not a negative thing though, just a fact to be aware of.I loved that they keep room worm even for non-hot yoga styles, This is a completely expected thing for a good yoga place to do. Even though it feels harder working out in the worm room for beginnings, keep an open mind, and soon you'll feel how much warmness helps your body not to lose heat and be a bit more flexible.

This studio has become a second home, a place where I can find community. It's not a chain or a big-box yoga studio. It's local, woman-owned and operated, and has a wide variety of yoga, plates, and barre classes. Its got an open and welcoming atmosphere where all are welcome regardless of level of proficiency.
